Ark Lighting wants you to be 100% satisfied with our products and services. As a result, if you are unhappy with any product you receive from us, you may return them within 14 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible to ship the item back to us. Shipping & Freight costs cannot be refunded for such returns. Please email us at sales@arklighting.com to get your return approved and to get your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Any product that has been CUT or ALTERED in any way, cannot be returned.
Products sold as "Closeouts," "Clearance," or “Custom Orders” may not be returned. 

For International Orders “Customs/Duties Taxes,” and “Brokerage Charges” are not refundable and are paid by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If for the rare chance you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us at sales@arklighting.com and include a photo of the product as well as your order number. One of our customer representatives will get back to you. Once the request is approved the customer has the option for a replacement or refund. We will pay for return costs.

Products that are different in shade than what appear on your monitor will NOT be considered an INCORRECT ORDER. Colors for some items can vary in shade because of monitor and lighting settings.

Order Cancellation:

All order cancellations that are requested by the customer before an order is processed are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee.
